Dr. Kwasi Adusei

Founder

Kwasi is a psychiatric nurse practitioner born in Ghana and raised in Bronx, New York. He is a community educator and organizer who actively participates in the conversation to change drug policies in the United States and is also the founder of Sandkofa.

Akua Adusei

Operations Manager

Akua is a first-generation Ghanaian who grew up in Bronx, New York. She considers herself a multi-passionate individual with interests in youth development, mental health advocacy, and social impact. She is a Columbia alumna and works in clinical operations.

Pammy Jackson

Design Director

Pammy is an interdisciplinary artist, designer, and psychedelic advocate living in Brooklyn, New York. Her interwoven love of art, music, and storytelling provides the bedrock from which she creates and is a prominent theme in her work. In 2021 she was recognized in Students for Sensible Drug Policy's "40 Under 40 Outstanding BIPOC Leaders of Drug Policy in the US," for her psychedelic advocacy work.

Kofi Obi

Advisor | Founder of Innovation Hub

Kofi is an award-winning artist and product designer from Tema, Ghana. He recently completed his artist residency program at the Gray & Gray Gallery in Karlsruhe, Germany. Kofi’s first international project was to design and produce trophies for The British Broadcasting Corporation’s (BBC) Africa Radio Awards and later the African Footballer of the year trophy.
